A seed doesn’t grow because it has a problem.
Most of us have been taught to believe that change begins with a problem. We move because something is broken, uncomfortable or no longer working.
But nature tells a different story.
A seed grows because life is expressing itself. It changes because something new is coming into being.
What if the same is true for us?
Perhaps not all meaningful change begins with fixing. Perhaps some of it begins with creating.
Carry this forward
This month, notice how often your thinking begins with:
“What’s the problem I need to solve?”
Then pause and ask instead:
What is trying to come into being here?
You may find that one question opens possibilities that the search for problems never could.
Warmly
